Welcome to eShop Vitashop of "Tomasz Kozlowski Vitadirect" company located at M. Sengera Cichego 1, 02-790 Warsaw, registered in the Companies Registry under no 5385/2005.

eShop Vitashop offers products permitted for trade by Polish law.

It is not necessary for you to create a shopping account at Vitashop to view and choose our products. At the moment you want to order you must fill up a registration form and provide your personal information to enable us to process your order.

Personal data protection

Vitashop processes users’ personal data observing the regulations in force and the applying security solutions required by applicable law.  When submitting the order the user must give consent to the processing of his/her data in the scope and in order to make the purchase.  The consent for processing personal data for VitaDirect's or other reputable marketing companies' marketing purposes is voluntary.  Vitashop online store stores and processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Data Act.  Personal data is collected in Vitashop  online store database in order to complete your order.  When the user gives his/her consent his/her data can be used by VitaDirect for marketing purposes and made available to other reputable companies.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Data Act (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 883) the user has the right to check his/her data and the possibility to correct it or request its removal.

Order delivery in Poland

The orders are delivered by DPD (Masterlink) courier services. Standard delivery takes place on the next day after the order registration (for orders registered until 16.00 at the latest, the orders placed after 16.00 are registered the next day).  When placing orders, the clients from towns with population higher than 50 thousand can select the delivery time 12-15, 15-18, 18-21. Order shipping fee within the territory of Poland is 19,95 PLN (gross).

Order delivery abroad

Purchase orders can be realised abroad only if they are paid for in advance (by credit card). Parcels are mailed (priority parcel). Time of delivery is 5-7 days in Europe, 7-14 days outside Europe.

The shipping fee is calculated on the basis of the current Polish Post pricelist for priority parcels.

Payments for products purchased can be made in cash upon receipt or by credit card - via Płatności.pl

Transaction security

Credit card payment is authorized by Platnosci.pl, in specializing in this.  This system is a proprietary solution in which the emphasis was put on security and confidentiality of data entrusted by the client.  The solution involves handling credit card transactions made through a website.  After entering the website the Client can choose a product or service and declare to pay by credit card. 

Then the Client is redirected to Płatności.pl server where in a special form secured by SSL 128 bit certificate the Client gives his/her card details (number, expiration date, CVV2 or CVC2 code).  Using this strong SSL 128 bit encryption ensures the highest security of transactions.  Authentication takes place within ~7 seconds, and the Client is informed of the result in a relevant message.  At the same time the authentication status information is transmitted to VitaDirect's system.

Instalments
Purchase in instalments in Vitashop is operated by Lukas Bank. Instalments are available for purchases of a minimum value of 300 zł and, depending on your preferences, the value can be split to from 3 to 36 monthly instalments. Interest on credit: 17,9 % annually.
So as to be able to make a purchase in instalments it is necessary that you send to our company the following documents:
1) copies of two ID’s (an ID card and another document with photo confirming identity)
2) original certificate of having a regular income – from the past 3 months.
3) written information including: ordered item, number of instalments, full address, telephone number and your consent to your personal data being processed.

Buyers having employment contracts: certificate attesting monthly salary and employment. The certificate must include: average net salary in the last 3 months, position held, time of employment, address of the employer, stamp and signature of the person authorised to issue the certificate.

Retired: retirement card, the last receipt of the retired pay or the last valorisation of the pay.

Pensioners: doctor’s opinion or decision of ZUS (Institute of Social Insurance) confirming the fact of granting temporary or permanent pension, the last receipt of the pension or last valorisation of the pension.

Self-employed: certificate of self-employment entry, certificate from ZUS (Institute of Social Insurance) confirming not being behind with the premiums or last 3 confirmations of payments to ZUS and: tax return for the last month confirmed by Tax Office or confirmation of lump payments for the last 3 months or a decision on the height of the tax, confirmations of tax payment for the last 3 months.

Order cancellation

In the event of the need to cancel the order you are kindly required to contact us by e-mail or telephone. It is impossible to cancel the order when the parcel has already been sent.

Product returns

Within 14 days from the date of delivery you have a guaranteed right to return the ordered, but unused product.  In case of return, each product offered as "a bonus" with the purchased goods should also be returned bearing no signs of having been used.  Goods not meeting your expectations should be sent to:  ”Vitashop”, ul. M. Sengera Cichego 1, 02-790 Warsaw at your own expense (no postal collection orders will be accepted) along with the Stock Issue Confirmation (CI) received with the shipment.  Please attach a letter of complaint and information about the preferred method of repayment of the money / postal order, return to your account/.  The equivalent of the returned item is sent by postal order or to the bank account within 2 weeks of the delivery date of the return.  

Exchange

Defective goods to be exchanged should also be sent to " Vitashop". Such parcel should be sent at your own expense, together with the return (WZ) document and information on the causes of complaint. The exchanges shall be made within 2 weeks from the delivery date of the complaint package.

The products cannot be exchanged for a different product from the offer.

Please do not exceed the return term.
"Vitashop" in its seat in Warsaw will not exchange or refund for the items purchased.
Packages „collect on delivery” or at the expense of the recipient shall not be collected by "Vitashop”
